PRIVACY POLICY

We'll only ever ask for personal information from you in order to provide our service to you. And we'll only collect information where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. For example, we will ask for your name, email and physical address, telephone number and payment card details when you register with us or place an order.

We do not share customer details with any third parties. Whenever you provide us with personal information it is our legal duty to use it in line with all laws concerning the protection of personal information, including the GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. Our lawful bases for processing include: by contract (when you subscribe to our services), consent (when you give us your permission to contact you for marketing purposes), in compliance with a legal obligation or legitimate interests (except where your rights, freedoms and interests are overridden). 

We will comply with data protection law. This says that the personal information we hold about you must be:

1. Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way.

2. Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.

3. Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.

4. Accurate and kept up to date.

5. Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about.

6. Kept securely.

We use your name and contact details for delivery and billing purposes and also to contact you relating to customer service issues. If you default on payments, we may disclose your relevant details to debt collection agencies.

We do not have control over websites that Mr Florista may link to. Our website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Mr Florista Ltd. Therefore, we cannot and do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites or the companies that own them. Additionally, we cannot and will not censor or edit the content of any third party site. By using Mr Florista, you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third party website.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver every afternoon between 11am - 6pm 7 days a week. Due to the increased volume of orders on certain days (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc), deliveries may commence early to ensure all deliveries are made on time. We do not give delivery time slots.

We always aim to deliver directly to the recipient however if we are unable to locate the recipient, or authorised receiver, at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence or with a neighbour. If we do leave the flowers at a different nearby location, we will notify the recipient by phone or email. 

Our product is perishable, therefore we are only able to make one attempt at delivery for each order. We ask customers to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they are able to accept flowers (hospitals, for example, don't always allow flower deliveries). We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries. We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses. We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents. Please leave specific instructions for the delivery of your order in the “Delivery Instructions” field during checkout.

We do not accept any responsibility for the failure of post rooms / reception at commercial addresses to deliver flowers to the intended recipient. If you do not want your flowers being given to a post room, please provide delivery instructions in the field provided on the order form or supply a contact number for the recipient. 

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Any amendments to subscriptions must be made at least 48 hours before payment is taken.

Subscriptions last for a minimum of 3 cycles, customers may cancel after this term.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers must cancel their orders before 10am on the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer re-deliveries, nor are we able to offer a refund if the flowers have already left the workshop for delivery.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please provide us with a photograph of the flowers to be eligible for a full or partial refund.

MISCELLANEOUS

Our flowers are subject to availability. If a particular flower isn't available we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.
